If you’re very good, here’s where you go when you die

Tell me this isn’t the definition of the afterlife supreme: Running wild through Hawaiian rainforests with Scott Jurek and Billy Bonehead, especially if you end up looking like either one of them. Scott’s wonderful girlfriend sent me this update of their reunion this week with Billy, who’s been wandering Hawaii for the past few years:

We have been running all over the Maui trails and shores with Billy Bonehead and it’s been amazing! Yesterday we ran inside the Haleakala crater and it was such a treat for me to watch those two bomb down the lava slopes howling with sheer delight and freaking out the horses and the tourists.
